How long is my commitment?

We never want to trap anyone in a lease they don't need. Our plans are all month-to-month standard. Contact us to discuss longer term plans.

What should i bring with me?

Anything you need to work! A laptop, pen, notebook, food, etc. Please no pets

Is the office space secure?

While the desk space is an open floor plan, we do have lockable storage space available. The Peer151 space is also locked at all times and is accessible only through an electronic key fob. Many of our businesses leave computers, monitors, and keyboards in the space with no trouble.

Though the space is secured, we do not assume responsibility for any loss or damage to your property.

how big is your conference room?

Our conference room can comfortably seat 6 people or 5 people with one using the white board.

What if I have to use the phone?

No problem! Peer151 is a collaborative environment and we understand most businesses have to take phone calls. For longer calls, we ask out of respect for other tenants that you step out into the conference room or lobby. If you run a telephone business or are on the phone all the time, you may want to inquire about a private office space.

is there anything nearby if i need a break?

Yes! We are located just a block from Main Street and Illinois Street in downtown Belleville. You will find dozens of shops and restaurants all within a short walk of the office.

Can I bring guests in for meetings or consultations?

Yes! You'll just have to be there to let them in.  

where do i park?

We have several locations with free parking near the building for tenants. If the free parking is full or you are having a guest, there is metered parking all around the building for just $0.25 per 5 hours.

can i come see the space before i commit?
